Broiled Salmon. Served with red potatoes (seasoned with various herbs & spices, spritzed with olive oil and baked), fresh toasted baguette (from Franklin Avenue Bakery), steamed broccoli. It all washes down perfectly with a couple of Kokanees...which I might add, we finally have here in Minnesota. Kokanee was one of the things that I always looked forward to, when heading up to Winnipeg for the Folk Festival. My brother and the boys out west jokingly refer to it as "the Canadian Budweiser."
